Application:

To increase productivity by enabling rapid roll change over and to reduce the roll change, the proposed Roll Tong can give the optimized solution by means of handling roll or/and chock assembly in rolling mill or roll shop. The special designed roll tong can be applied mill rolls for storage and machining short rolls for poor access to the mill.

With motorized slewing device, ROLL TONG can handle work roll or/and chock assembly, back-up roll or/and chock assembly and double roll with chock assembly.

Capacity:

up to 85ton.
